At the urging of the St. Paul Grocer’s Association, I.C. System
officially became its members’ preferred partner for collections
in 1940. Later that year, we signed our first statewide
association endorsement with the Minnesota Retail Hardware
Association.
Those two events put I.C. System on course to becoming the
“member-services” agency in the collection industry. Today, I.C.
System maintains more than 500 exclusive endorsements from many
of the most respected associations and societies in the United
States. The majority of our endorsements have existed for more
than 25 years. And, a few were signed more than 40 years ago.
While the number of endorsements is greater than any other agency
can claim, the real significance is in what it takes to earn and
keep them. To secure a formal and exclusive endorsement, I.C.
